The Resident Assistant position provides students with a unique opportunity to impact the lives of resident students and ultimately facilitate their growth and development. The position is challenging, but also exciting. RAs are provided with training in counseling, conflict management and leadership skills which can be beneficial throughout one’s lifetime.
This application includes the Selection Timeline, Application Form, Essay Questions, and Reference Forms. You will also be required to submit a resume as in MS Word or PDF format. Please familiarize yourself with the information and follow the instruction carefully as you fill out your application.
As part of the selection process, you must also sign up for an individual interview and attend Group Process Day. You can sign up for an interview by going to the Office of Residence Life in the Widener Center. Please see the timeline on the following page for dates.
