- ABIOSSEH DAVIS, Project Associate for the Global Women’s Project at the Center of Concern, a Catholic social justice organization in Washington D.C. Originally from Gambia and educated in the U.S., Ms. Davis is an expert on issues of gender and international trade policy, with particular emphasis on Africa.
- DR. MARIANA CHILTON, PhD MPH, is Asst. Prof. of Health Management and Policy at Drexel University. Trained in both folklore and epidemiology, Dr. Chilton is principal investigator of the Philadelphia GROW Project, serving at-risk children at local pediatric hospitals. Her fields of expertise include human rights and health; race, ethnicity and poverty; hunger; women and children; alternative health; religion and medicine. Her varied interests led her to found the “Witnesses to Hunger” photo-essay project, which Cabrini will host during the week of Founder’s Day.
